Thanks for this comment, Jet. I know exactly what you mean about removing the language of "should." I've done the same thing, and I've even noticed I don't think in "shoulds" very often anymore. However, the ENERGY of "should" is quite often still present in my heart and mind, even without the language. So interesting!

This new series is brilliant, Joy. So much juicy goodness here. I will admit, I found myself really resistant to the "I should..." language, as I work hard to remove "shoulds" from my self-talk and my talk of/with others. Still, those insidious little shoulds (shits) are there anyway, aren't they? It's good to have a tool for facing them. And I really LOVE the way you turn it around.

Sorry it's taken me this long to respond...I've been "saving" this for when I got back from GMFR.

Anyway, I love this idea and recently did something similar, but with words. So, I chose a word of the year (practice) and I created a vision board around that word. Then, I won a cool prize from another blogger who's a photographer. It's one of her photos mounted on foam board with the word "practice" pasted on it. Then, she gave me 11 other random words in an envelope. On the first of each of the next 11 months, I will pull a word for that month and add it to the photo. It adds a little flavor to practice!

Hey Martha! This particular post is one that does not have a video with it. However, all my other "Monday Morning Sparks" have videos. If you go to http://www.joytanksley.com/blog/ (my blog page) and scroll down, you'll see lots of posts labeled "Monday Morning Spark". All of those have videos (except this one). Just click "read more" and you should see the video. If you're still having trouble, please let me know!

It's great to have you here!

Hi Joy,

Reading Margarita on Weightless, I decided to come and watch your videos. Unfortunately, I can not find any link on your page. Do I need to download any software? Thanks and have a lovely day!
