The last one I did was when I announced my pregnancy in December. And 36 weeks pregnant just seemed like the right time for another one! (I wanted to make sure you know this soon-to-be mama can still groove.)

Beautiful! Thanks for the fun video on my Friday morning!
Let me tell you, my mother danced all the way up til the very night she went into labor with me. She was constantly told that she was gonna have that baby on the dance floor. My parents kept going out dancing til the very end and a few hours after getting home that night, she was in labor.
My birth was easy and painless (my mom’s words).

Know what’s really funny, Rita? I actually think he goes to sleep when I dance! I’ve been teaching Nia all throughout the pregnancy, and he is almost always still and quiet during class. I think the bouncing and shaking and rocking lulls him to sleep!
