25 Ways to Celebrate Love Your Body Day

Happy Love Your Body Day! I hope you’ll do at least one thing to celebrate your amazing body today. Need some ideas? Here you go:

  1. Buy yourself flowers.
  2. Dance.
  3. Eat lunch outside.
  4. Buy a new pair of underwear that looks great AND feels great.
  5. Wear your favorite outfit.
  6. Write your body a love poem.
  7. Eat your favorite food.
  8. Paint your nails.
  9. Get a massage.
  10. Take an afternoon nap.
  11. Write a gratitude list for all the things your body can do.
  12. Give yourself permission to stop doing one thing your body hates.
  13. Add something beautiful to your work space.
  14. Take a luxurious bath.
  15. Listen to your favorite music.
  16. Have a good belly laugh.
  17. Light a candle that smells heavenly.
  18. Stretch.
  19. Breathe deeply and deliberately.
  20. Go to bed early.
  21. Give lots of hugs.
  22. Finger paint.
  23. Buy a fabulous new pair of shoes.
  24. Get rid of something that keeps you focused on body loathing (that magazine full of airbrushed models, that dress you keep hoping to fit into someday, that box of diet shakes, etc.)
  25. Hold your head high when you walk into a room.
