It is not easy for me to post these dancing videos. Yes, I love to dance, and I'm also a total ham. But it's still rather anxiety producing to post a video of this nature for everyone to see. It's also tough watching myself dance. I know how I feel when I dance, but I don't really know how I look when I dance. It's like hearing your voice recorded. There's usually a disconnect between our perceptions and the reality.
The dancing videos have definitely raised some fear for me, which is precisely why I intend to keep doing them. I've discovered that fear is good stuff. It shines a light on my limiting beliefs, which provides a great opportunity to get to know myself better and remove obstacles from my path.
At the time of making this video, "Joy to the World" and "I Feel Good" were tied at 30% of the votes each. I decided to go with "Joy to the World" since my youngest fan happens to love that song. (I promise to surprise you all with a dancing video to "I Feel Good" in the not too distant future.)
